RN, BSN, E-RYT 500, YACEP. Randee believes yoga should be your own personal journey. She believes in leading compassionate yoga that is accessible to all bodies and loves to incorporate props and possible laughter. Her classes encourage growth by uncovering your power within and bring peace to your inner monologue. Constantly learning, Randee has been trained in Trauma Conscious, Heated Power, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Chair Yoga, Hands on Assists and leads 200 hour YTTs.

Shellie found Yoga in 2014 and finished her 200 YTT in 2021. For the last 5 years, Shellie has found her passion in Vinyasa, Trauma Informed yoga for Veterans, and leading weekend retreats. She joined the Sunburst family in 2024 and teaches on Thursday nights.

Mary Ann discovered yoga during a weekend retreat, seeking a break from the chaos of life. Over the years, she found herself returning to the mat again and again, discovering peace, control, and a newfound strength amidst the daily whirlwind. Then in 2024, she took the leap and dove into a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Montgomery, Alabama. Now, her mission isn't about finding her own balance, it's about helping others do the same! Mary Ann teaches Thursday evenings on a rotating schedule w/ Shellie.

Stacie has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, became a yoga instructor in 2024, and has been a part of the Sunburst Yoga teaching team since then! She believes yoga is for everyone at every stage of life. Stacie teaches a light Vinyasa yoga and currently subs for all of the weeknight classes.

Eryn

for yoga in 2012, teaching military communities in Charleston, SC through YogaFit. She led lively basic classes for the Air Force, Army and Navy groups in the US and Germany until heading to Hawaii, where she completed her 200-hr Yoga & Ayurveda training in sunny Haleiwa, May 2018. While on Oahu, she earned her SUP Yoga & Fitness certification and lit up Ala Moana Bay with magical night glow paddleboard sessions. She's continued training in Mantra & Sanskrit, Yoga Nidra, and Prana Shakti. One day, she'll follow the wind and open her own yoga school and spiritual center.

Natalie fell in love with yoga at a hot yoga studio, connecting with the mental and physical challenge. Drawing from her military experience and background in psychology, she understands the transformative power of yoga and the importance of finding a supportive community. She earned her 200 YTT through Happy Heart Yoga and teaches Vinyasa style classes, connecting breath with movement. She offers a diverse experience, blending strength, power and mindfulness. She embodies resilience and compassion, guiding students to find balance and inner peace.

Etleva currently leads our Yoga Nidra evenings. This is a form of deep rest guided meditation while lying comfortably on your back. Lately we have been combining it w/ a light Gong Soundbath... it's a rejuvenating experience one must try! Etleva received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga from Frog Lotus Yoga in 2018 and has been a guest instructor at Sunburst Yoga since!
