Randee, an RN, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, has been teaching yoga since 2014, practicing since 2001. She believes that yoga should be taught safely in a compassionate, non-judgmental atmosphere. Your yoga practice should be your own personal experience and you will be guided through a class that will encourage self-growth, and she hopes you leave with a sense of peace, confidence, and maybe have met a new friend.
Audrey Dillhoff

Audrey is a RYT-500 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with her RYT-200 from YogaSix Studio in Saint Petersburg, FL and RYT-300 with a focus on Trauma Sensitive Yoga through the Trauma Center in Boston, MA. By day she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is originally from Texas and has been in Germany since February 2023. Come try out her Vinyasa yoga classes!
Deidre Arbour
Yin Yoga / Vinyasa / Toddler Yoga
Deidre is thrilled to start teaching Yoga for Toddlers at Sunburst Yoga! Yoga has played a role in her own health and healing since she was a young child. She did her 200 RYT in Colorado Springs in 2019 and also has earned a RCYT certificate in Trauma-informed Yoga. She believes yoga is for all ages, all genders, and all bodies. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

Welcome to Sunburst Yoga, thanks for visiting this webpage! I'm Linda Seelig, and yoga has been a part of my life for over two decades now, with 21+ years of teaching experience. Yoga and all that it encompasses is as vital to my life as breathing. I opened my first yoga studio on 22 March 2019 in Landstuhl, Germany in the Rhineland Palatinate on the first day of Spring!
The yoga classes at Sunburst are currently taught in English, but I can translate into German as well. Ich kann auch Deutsch und kann auch uebersetzen, danke!

PRIVATE YOGA & GONGBATH SESSIONS
Private & semi-private yoga and Gong Bath sessions tailored to you, based on your goals and purpose. The Gong Bath sessions will begin w/ guided breathing techniques, leading you into a very deep, restful state as you simply take in the soundwaves while lying down in a deep relaxation pose. Options to combine Yoga Nidra, which is a guided body-scan meditation to further enhance your state of deep relaxation. Curious? Inquire about shorter 45 min sessions as well.

Rent the space for your private use! Rates start from 35 Euro/hour (+ ~ 15-min set-up/break down time allotted) depending on the function & group size.* Rates include use of mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and tea/lounge room. * Advertising and Set-up/Clean-up fees separate. From base, head toward Landstuhl, exit right at the round-about exit, Am Koehlwäldchen (the light one stop before coming to the T in Landstuhl). Turn right (WEST) out of the Round-about, cross the railroad tracks, Orange Bldg. on the right. Streetside parking on the opposite side of the studio. Please park a bit further down past (or before) the studio on either side vs. directly across the studio. Do not park on the wide sidewalk. Thank you!
