Welcome to Sunburst Yoga, thanks for visiting this webpage! I'm Linda Seelig, and yoga has been a part of my life for over two decades now, with 22+ years of teaching experience. Yoga and all that it encompasses is as vital to my life as breathing. I opened my first yoga studio on March 22, 2019 in Landstuhl, Germany in the Rhineland Palatinate on the first day of Spring!
The Sunburst yoga classes are taught in English, but I can translate into German by request.
