Private & semi-private yoga and Gong Bath sessions tailored to you, based on your goals and purpose. The Gong Bath sessions will begin w/ guided breathing techniques, leading you into a very deep, restful state as you simply take in the soundwaves while lying down in a deep relaxation pose. Options to combine Yoga Nidra, which is a guided body-scan meditation to further enhance your state of deep relaxation. Curious? Inquire about shorter 45 min sessions as well.

Rent the space for your private use! Rates start from 35 Euro/hour (+ ~ 15-min set-up/break down time allotted) depending on the function & group size.* 1/2 Day use: 100 Euros All Day use: 150 Euros Rates include use of mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and tea/lounge room. * Advertising and Set-up/Clean-up fees separate.
