Private & semi-private yoga and Gong Bath sessions tailored to you, based on your goals and purpose. The Gong Bath sessions will begin w/ guided breathing techniques, leading you into a very deep, restful state as you simply take in the soundwaves while lying down in stillness. Options to combine Yoga Nidra, which is a guided body-scan meditation to further enhance your state of deep relaxation. Curious? Inquire about shorter 45 min sessions as well.
