Cynthia Carlisi, student of Ashtanga and other yogic styles since 1978, teacher since 1987, is offering a yoga basics workshop for Mind & Body Balance. She incorporates Ayurveda, Shiatsu, and various techniques for building balance, strength, focus and mental clarity. Yoga postures, Mindfulness Meditation, and Breath Work, along w/ self massage techniques will be explored. A practical "Easy Daily" (TM*) Self Care outline will be provided. 25 Euros
